  We go to Foxwoods twice a month and we were looking forward to the opening of Guys new restaurant.
  The food was good, service was good..the waitress asked if we would like refills on our cokes, my gosh when we got out tab we were charged for refills and by using our Foxwoods card we were charged an additional 25 % on top of our bill... $3.00 for refills..sorry but not ever, ever going to Guys again..
  $17.00 for a sandwich, $16.00 Caesar salad, 2 cokes..(plus refills) $12.00. Plus 25% for using reward card Foxwoods..plus tax. Oh and tip...total $ 70.00 ..

  Waited an hour for a table and when we were seated over half the restaurant was empty. Took the sever over 5min to even come to our table to greet us and take our drink order. I had my 2yr old daughter and ordered her juice which took 3times as long to come to the table after we finally got our drinks. We were severed appetizers with no plates. One of us ordered a bacon cheeseburger which came with no bacon. They said they would go to the kitchen and bring back a plate with bacon which never came. The service was by far the worst I have ever had and the food was good but not for those prices.
